1. Office & HR Administration Support
Supporting KAM & CAK Pangyo, HR team
Maintenance: Window to Building Manager/parking station/housekeeping
Office supplies Management: Business card, stationery, printer, copier, espresso machine, etc.
Office expenses reporting
Managing Parking card (RF card) for employees
Employee survey for various events
Purchasing food & Beverage,
Employees engagement event support… events support & preparation
Updating CAK vehicle/telephone information & informing to employees & CASCO security guard
Vehicle management for executives: regular checkup, something special
Flower ordering: Customer/employee relation support… Happy & sorrow, etc.
Supporting visitors (employee by Clerk)
Transportation: call a taxi for visitor
Printing out & making booklets
Coffee, lunch for visitors or customers if needed
and some requirements from visitors
P.R / Voucher : Company phone, Office maintenance, express mail, external services,,
Clerical supports ( Post & document distribution, voucher for company expenses
Hospitality to visitors/Guests/ Candidate’s Interviews
Office maintenance
Golf Membership management
HR electronic approval process
CAK Employee benefit program coordination (Birthday, 명절 gifts, etc…)
Implement various Company Diary, Calendar, Company Jacket, various giveaway
2. Receptionist
Open the door/guide visitors
Send & receive mails (post office, DHL, FEDEX, quick service, etc.)
Pick up mails from 2nd floor everyday
Parking ticket/stamp for visitors
3. Interview Coordination
Interviewee handling (travel costs)
4. Employment Day1 Package & Exit package
Company Diary, Jacket
CAK Company car(executive & expats), Hipass & Fuel card for executives
Coordinate to collect company assets for exit employee
5. CAK Training
Training costs reimbursement process(from Regional Labor office)
