Job Description

·  His/ Her main task is to coordinate the team in order to ensure the safety of the serial production, the optimization of the product / process in serial production and the introduction of the product / process changes, but not limited only to this changes, the production lines upgrade for capacity increase;

·  Be the leader of a team within its functional area (tracks, monitors, evaluates the performance of his / her team members);

·  Coordinate the professional activities of the team members and to allocate resources in order to ensure KPI results in line with the department's strategy.

·  University degree in Engineering or relevant;

·  Experience in process engineering in electronics production or other fields is a plus;

·  Knowledge in modern production and quality management tools, like lean manufacturing and six sigma is required.
