Advanced Driver Assistance Systems provide drivers active safety support by identifying potentially hazardous situations in advance, and helping to avoid them. We are developing innovative intelligent sensors based on the newest camera, laser and radar technologies in automotive electronics.
Our intelligent sensors provide functions such as : Emergency Brake Assist , Adaptive Cruise Control , Lane Change Assist , Rear Cross Traffic Assist , Blind Spot Detection, Lane Keeping Support , Traffic Sign Recognition , Lane Departure Warning , Pedestrian Detection.

As FEA Simulation Engineer you will be integrated within Mechanical Engineering team and work at the development of new ADAS products, as well for customization of existing components for different OEMs.
Your responsibilities as FEA Simulation Engineer will be:

·  Perform FEA simulations (static and dynamic) for ADAS sensors and brackets with regards to their structural integrity.

·  Propose design improvements base on FEA simulations results and/or experience.

·  Create reports intended for different purposes (for customer, internal, management or educational), while being able to adjust the level of details and complexity for each one.

·  Calibrate the FEA simulations with the real life tests.

You will have an assigned mentor the entire integration period that will help you integrate in the organization and guide you towards taking your own responsibilities.

Job Requirements

Candidates need to have:

·  University Degree in Mechanical Engineering

·  Minimum 2 years experience in FEA simulations required

·  Knowledge of CAD (Catia V5 and/or Creo)

·  Knowledge of FEA tools (ANSYS and/or Abaqus)

·  Knowledge of design and manufacturing of mechanical parts (diecast, sheetmetal and plastic parts)

·  Good communication skills

·  English knowledge – good level

A plus would be experience in:

·  Experience in a similar job

·  Knowledge of semiconductor package design, process, manufacturing

·  Knowledge with PCB materials and PCB fabrication processes
