Job Description

Within the group Chassis / PSS / Speed in Toulouse, the candidate will be in charge to define, develop and validate the sensing technologies to meet future market requirements in the field of engine and transmission speed sensors, based of Quality, Cost, Timing Segment targets.

Sensing technologies will be integrated in future generations of sensors and will be deployed afterwards in serial production.

Thanks to his communication, knowledge and skills, the candidate will have to be able to become quickly as a recognized worldwide expert within his Business Unit.

Key competences required for this job would be:
• Electronics,
• Magnetics,
• Sensing technologies: Hall, AMR, GMR, TMR, eddy current.

The candidate will define the necessary design and validation tools and equipments from both theoritical and pratical aspects.
He is responsible for creating all the necessary documentations, specifications, reports, worst case analysis studies, design rules.
He supports the trainings of applications engineers, project leaders, or other services and provides the necessary technical expertise when required.
He supports the analysis of OEM’s requirements, components specifications, patents

Profil recherché

Job Requirements

Diploma : Electronic / Magnetic engineer.
Experience : 5 years experience.
Competences / Skills :
 Synthetic, rigorous, autonomous, dynamic, multicultural team working.
 Likes technics and laboratory experiments.
 Development tools (magnetic simulation, Labview).
 Knowledge in ASIC development.
 Competences in sensing technologies (Hall, AMR, GMR, TMR, eddy current).
 Fluent english.
 Good communication skills to discuss with suppliers and customers if needed.
