Job Description

1. Define competitive product specification based on customer information and needs in coordination with Sales and KAM
2. Hold technical presentations and discuss technical issues with the customer
3. support customer events and fairs from technical side
4. Define test samples and asure sample delivery for customer tests
5. Define and evaluate internal development tests
6. Perform necessary activities for design verification, check impact on project requirements and discuss with customer
7. Prepare technical documents for part release and achieve final technical release from customer
8. support customer audits and plant visits
9. Ddefine project time plan according to in/external input
10. technical communication with headquarter to be up to date on newest developments

Desired profile

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor or above degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or a similar field.
2. More than three years working experience in the automotive industry (in Belt drive system will be a plus)
3. Experience in presenting and discussing technical issues with externals
4. Good English communication abilities,orally and in writing (German language in addition will be a plus)
5. Willingness to travel within China and abroad on regular base
6. Knowledge and experience of project management is preferred
7. Good knowledge about internal combustion engine mechanics
8. First experience in technical project leadership
