·  Technical analysis of customer returns (radar systems, camera systems)

·  Fault tracing and debugging of malfunctions with available test systems

·  Coordination of implementation of corrective actions

·  Report analysis results to customers (internal and external)

·  Check and observe analysis cycle timing

·  Initiate problem solving process in cooperation with production, development and Supplier-Quality-Management (SQM)

·  Generate analysis reports, 8D reports and create reports in SAP

Desired profile

Job Requirements

·  Degree in Electrical Engineering or

·  Electrical Technician (m/f) with several years of experience

·  Several years of professional experience in analyzing electrical parts/ hardware

·  Experienced in technical analysis using tools like Oscilloscope, Logicanalyzer

·  Experience with software debugging desired

·  Profound German knowledge and good English knowledge in writing and speaking

·  Quality oriented, customer oriented and goal oriented way of working

·  Passion and commitment
