Entreprise:
ZirPro manufactures ceramic beads and powders. They are sold throughout the world to various industries : electronics, pigment manufacturers, aerospace, automotive, etc. Its annual turnover is approx. €100M. Production sites are located in France, China and USA. Headquarters are in Avignon (France).
Poste :
The candidate will be part of the supply chain team and will be responsible for developing:
More automated forecasting process involving various parts of the organization for collaboration. Parties involved in the generating an overall forecast will be: sales, marketing, customers/distributors, local ZirPro agencies and supply chain teams.
Review stocking policy, locations and optimization of our stocks around the world
Both projects are priorities for our business to improve capacity requirements, service to our customers and financial performance.
This is a critical exercise to increase the efficiency of our sales action.e et missions:
Profil:
The candidate must hold at least a bachelor degree in engineering. A master degree is a plus.
He/she must be a self starter, very motivated, independent and an excellent communicator with good English skills.
The candidate needs to be able to deal very effectively in a multicultural environment.
