APSIDE is an IT and engineering consulting company which brings together 2,500 engineers and technicians deploying their skills for the largest French companies for over 40 years.

You will work on the premises of Apside GmbH, German counterpart of Apside based in Munich, on behalf of HTi Automobile. HTI is the branch of the group specialized in automotive R&D and employs more than 300 consultants working with major automobile manufacturers and equipment suppliers in France and abroad.

Responsibilities:

Quotation, offer comparisons, price negotiations
Independent negotiation as well as order creation and contract review
Creation of complaints, supplier evaluation, framework, call and delivery contracts as well as other commercial agreements etc.
Market observation and analysis, to derive price developments and to identify new suppliers
Application of relevant procurement optimization levers, such as make or buy analyzes, bundling, standardization, total cost of ownership, cost break down, value analysis, etc., and realization of cost reduction potentials

Requirements:

Degree in a Business or Engineering related field
Experience in strategic purchasing
Understanding of contract design and negotiation
Automotive Industry knowledge
Competent in MS Office
Application of ERP systems, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Proficient in German and English (CEFR B2+)
