fonction de l’évolution du barème de référence, de la localisation de la mission et des cas d’abattements prévus par les textes)

Since 2001, QuantifiCare has been developing and marketing innovative imaging systems and solutions for clinical trials and to physicians. With offices in France, in Brazil, in USA and in Asia, we are a fast-growing, global company. We have developed a portable, ‘all-in-one’ 3D imaging system dedicated to dermatologists, plastic surgeons and aesthetic practitioners. Eager to continue our growth, we are looking for sales professionals to expand our global footprint worldwide both in the Aesthetic market and the clinical trials field.

Post and missions:
Reporting to the global E/MEA area Business Manager, your missions will be to:

1/ Business Development:
- Prospect, identify leads and prove track records to close deals with customers through scheduled face-to-face meetings and cold calls, develop and execute revenue-generating, sales actions
- Cultivate a deep understanding of customer needs in relation to our offerings and ensure long term relationships with existing and new customers
- Perform demos to target physicians on existing and new products
Distributors Management:
- Manage existing distributors and go on the field with them to close deals
- Identify qualified sales agents or distributors
- Provide training to their sales, marketing and support teams

2/ Business Analysis:
- Identify and participate to professional society meetings and trade shows
- Support marketing initiatives and the development of key opinion leaders
- Provide a thorough territory, competitors, key prospects business analysis

Other tasks:
- Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge, nourish own technological curiosity, to extend future possibilities for QuantifiCare
- Work with broader cross-functional team to build new strategic initiatives (i.e. new therapeutic areas, optimize our current offerings, identify new ones etc)

Profile:
- Bachelor's degree or similar, with two years minimum sales experience – preferably in Aesthetic medicine, Plastic Surgery and/or Dermatology or pharmaceutical industry
- Technical or commercial experience in medical software and devices (such as lasers, dermoscopes etc)
- Interest in photography as a plus
- Good negotiation and sales capabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team work / mind
- Strong autonomy, organization, and project / time management skills
- Fluent English (C2), Fluent Arabic (C2)
- Willingness to travel extensively ~ 70% year
