Poste et missions:

The HR professional will support in addressing organizational challenges by providing HR leadership in support of local business goals, enterprise and sector HR strategies.
He/she will be an active member of and strongly collaborates with the HR Community across BeNe to develop and implement an integrated HR Strategy.
There is an intensive cooperation with line management and with HR experts in global services for all the activities.

Profil:

Major Duties/ Responsibilities

• Support BUHR (Business Unit Human Resources) leaders in deploying global/standardized HR strategies in partnership with local Business leaders to drive the achievement of business objectives in the following areas: organizational design, succession planning, career management, performance management, and strategic workforce planning.
• Work directly with the BUHR colleagues of your client groups to identify key capabilities aligned with business goals, conduct gap analysis, and develop and implement buy/build strategies.
• Drive a strong culture through application of organizational development interventions, coaching and business partnership with leadership.
• Partner with key HR and business leaders to support and define the cultural, engagement and change initiatives and implementation plans.
• Play a consultative role in employee communication in change initiatives within client groups.
• Support key projects and deliverables as determined by the Regional/Country lead e.g. Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness etc…

Qualifications

• A bachelor or master’s degree is required, experience and/or passion for HR and HR related topics are a must.
• Minimal basic Coaching skills – advanced knowledge would be preferable.
• Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
• Good business partner skills, understanding the basic of business financials and critical HR KPIs transferring into HR strategies to enable business growth.
• Strong presentation skills, storytelling.
• Has interest in Data Analytics.
• Relationship management, coaching and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.
