Continental is looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Analyst to strengthen its Corporate C&B team in the Headquarters in Hannover, Germany.

Your role

As a C&B analyst, you will support the team to ensure at a worldwide scale that employee remuneration is market competitive and aligned with the company policies and guidelines.
Your missions
-Contribute to the development and evaluation of compensation strategies
-Create C&B ad-hoc reports
-Conduct and participate in C&B market surveys
-Design and preparation of communication materials
-Support other C&B initiatives (company-wide or country-specific)
-Engage with external consultants to ensure C&B practices are consistent with the market

Your profile

-Graduate from a Master’s degree in HR/Business Administration/Economics/Finance or related areas
-You display very strong analytical skills and advanced level of Pack Office
-You are a proactive, open-minded and collaborative individual
-You have a very keen eye for details
-You know how to prioritize your missions and projects
-You can work under pressure
-You have acquired an International mindset through several relevant experiences abroad
-You speak fluent English and basic German (additional languages would be a plus)
