Pour soutenir notre croissance, nous cherchons à recruter un Ingénieur d’Application parlant couramment français et anglais afin de servir nos clients existants et d’initier de nouveaux développements sur les marchés de la chimie, de la chimie verte, de la pharmacie et de la métallurgie. Ce poste sera basé à notre bureau de Rueil-Malmaison ou au laboratoire d’Assistance Technique et Développement de notre site Industriel de Parentis en Born (Landes). Rapportant au Responsable de l’Equipe d’Assistance Technique (basé à Parentis en Born), le candidat retenu sera en charge de l’assistance technique aux clients existants et de l'obtention d’homologations de nos produits auprès de nouveaux clients et de nouvelles applications. L'Ingénieur d'Application travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Commerciale, les Business Managers et participera activement à l'identification de nouvelles opportunités.Le candidat idéal détiendra un diplôme d’ingénieur en génie chimique ou en chimie, parlera couramment l'anglais et le français (une troisième langue serait un plus) et aura idéalement une première expérience en assistance technique. Le candidat retenu sera amené à se déplacer régulièrement en Europe et de façon très ponctuelle hors d’Europe. Il devra démontrer une attitude positive, une forte motivation personnelle, un bon sens de l’organisation, de solides compétences en communication et une capacité à créer des relations privilégiées avec ses interlocuteurs. La connaissance des outils informatiques ainsi que la possession d’un permis de conduire valide sont indispensables. To support our growing business we are now looking to recruit an Application Engineer fluent in French and English who will work from our Office of Rueil-Malmaison or our TS&D laboratory based in our plant of Parentis en Born, Landes and will serve our existing customers and initiate developments in the chemical, green chemicals, pharmaceutical, and Metal Working markets. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Technical Service (based in Parentis en Born), the successful candidate will be responsible for the technical service to existing customers and for getting approvals of our products to new customers and new applications. The Application Engineer will work in close collaboration with the sales team, the Business Managers and participate actively to identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate will hold a master’s degree in chemical engineering or chemistry, be fluent in English and French (a third language would be a plus) and will ideally already have experience in technical service. The successful candidate must also have the ability to travel mainly in Europe (traveloutside of Europe is possible) with a positive attitude and personal drive, be well-organised, curious and an excellent relationship builder with strong communication and networking skills.
