Reporting to the Global Head of International Mobility

In this spirit we are searching for a new Head of International Mobility to support our UK Region and Global Corporate and serve as a key member of our International Mobility community.  As the strategic enabler that nurtures our future leaders and facilitates the acquisition and deployment of our talents, International Mobility plays a key role in supporting a dynamic and evolving global workforce.

This role will report to the Global Head of International Mobility at the Corporate Headquarters in London and will work with our talent, business leaders and internal and external stakeholders navigating risks and compliance whilst delivering an exceptional employee experience.

MAIN AREAS OF IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

·  Provide expert advice and consultation to the UK region and Global Corporate locations addressing cross-border mobility matters including but not limited to tax, immigration, relocation, compensation, social security, payroll, strategic assignment planning and compliance
·  Contribute to the global priorities and objectives and provide innovative ideas for program improvements and efficiencies
·  Design and deliver international assignment compensation packages in line with prevailing mobility policy aligning the business needs with the right policy approach
·  Manage the annual compensation review process for international assignees and international transfers
·  Manage service delivery and KPIs with supplier partners; directing the RFP process for new supplier partners as needed
·  Prepare and deliver training material to educate internal stakeholder partners as needed

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

·  Proven track record leading and implementing Mobility / Rewards / HR projects across a wide region / multiple-markets
·  Strong international assignment compensation plan design, delivery, and taxation
·  Deep knowledge of emerging Global Mobility and market trends to bring insights
·  Strong capability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills, together with strong presentation skills
·  Agility and ability to use discretion and deal effectively with uncertainty, change and ambiguity
·  Experience using Workday and Equus Platform (Assignment Pro) a plus
