工作使命：

工匠應表現出他/她在執行內部工藝方面的專業精神，例如按照香奈兒的風格修理本公司的服裝, 首飾和皮革製品。工匠還應提倡公司的技藝，並在內部傳遞維修工藝的知識和技能。

工作目的：

為顧客提供極致奢華的服務，同時通過專業維修為產品延長使用壽命。顧客的產品透過修復後，不僅可以保留獨有的歲月痕跡，亦可作為與顧客共同經歷的證明，從而弘揚香奈兒的品牌傳承 —“Once and Forever”。

主要責任：

·  根據公司維修標準和要求對服裝飾品和皮具進行技術維修
·  進行產品清潔和拋光
·  維修前驗證產品是正品
·  支持配件和工具的採購和補貨
·  與售後服務團隊合作，確保順利運作
·  與團隊討論和溝通並提供適當的解決方案
·  利用公司的系統, 例如 GRACE 來管理維修和配件的庫存
·  根據緊迫性、交貨時間和產品複雜性確定維修工作的優先次序
·  表現出良好的團隊精神，願意分享技巧和經驗，與團隊交流技巧並在高峰期支持其他工匠
·  支持 Les Ateliers 的客戶諮詢

要求:

·  中學畢業（非必須）
·  至少 3 年皮革製品或服裝首飾維修經驗
·  有維修名貴產品的經驗
·  文書經驗及配件管理經驗者優先
·  懂基礎中文與英文 - 聽說讀寫
·  基本電腦知識 (Microsoft Office / Excel）
·  基本的傳播技能的能力 - 能夠與他人分享技能和知識

Job Mission:

An Artisan shall demonstrate his/ her professionalism in performing in-house craftsmanship, such as to repair the company’s Costume Jewelry and Leather Goods, in accordance with and with respect to the style of Chanel. The Artisan should also play the role of promoting the company’s savoir-faire and to pass on knowledgeable and skillful craftsmanship internally.

Job Purpose:

To provide ultimate and exclusive luxury services to our clients while prolonging the product lifetime through professional repairs. To restore the products so that the unique wear of products are retained as proves of shared history of clients, and to promote the brand heritage of Chanel – “Once and Forever”.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Perform technical repairs for costume jewelry and leather goods according to company repair standards and requirements
·  Perform products cleaning and polishing
·  Verify authenticity of the product before repair
·  Support sourcing and replenishment of spare parts and tools
·  Cooperate with After Sales Service teams to ensure smooth operation
·  Open to discuss and communicate with the team to provide appropriate solution
·  Manage repairs and spare parts inventory in company systems, e.g. GRACE
·  Prioritize repair work according to urgency, lead time and products’ complexity
·  Demonstrate a good team spirit, willing to share savoir-faire and experience, exchanging tips with the team and support other artisans during peak periods
·  Support client consultation in Les Ateliers (if needed)

Required Competencies

·  Experience in repairing luxury products
·  Good knowledge of different materials
·  Accuracy and precision in the repairs work
·  Professional image with client centric approach
·  Ability to learn the CHANEL specifics
·  Jewellery handcrafting experience will be an advantage
