Introduction
At CGI we work for clients that hire us to help them with their business challenges. Normally these clients pay us for these services. Besides this CGI cares about protecting the environment. Therefor we have a corporate social responsibility program. As part of this program we are working together with Safi Sana. Safi Sana is a social venture that launched the “waste-to-energy” program. As part of this program a factory was built in Ghana Africa. For this project CGI builds the dashboards and process supporting reports.

The assignment
You will research the possibilities for dashboards and reporting that helps Safi Sana to monitor and control the production processes. With reporting Safi Sana can report back to the stakeholders but also inform the press and the public about the investments made with money donated to the project. This also helps Safi Sana to acquire funds to build new factories. You will work both CGI and Safi Sana staff. You will be in touch with the Safi Sana people working in Ghana.

The Safi Sana model seeks to push the frontiers of innovation. Your skills
For this project we are looking for a student with a social hart and a passion for data engineering. You like working with data and would like to work with tools like Power BI. If you know Power BI good if not, we will help you to learn it. You know how to program in C# and .net. You will do research on the problem and present to Safi Sana and CGI your proposed solution. If we like it you will built the solution and hand over the end result to Safi Sana and CGI. You are building a solution that will directly be used in the production process. Criteria
