Tools Support Administrator

Position Description
Be part of a growing team in one of the largest technology and business services firms in the world. If you are highly motivated, customer focused and have experience delivering mission-critical infrastructure projects and technologies then we have an opportunity for you in the Tools Team. The Tools Support Administrator is responsible for the support of Monitoring, Automation and Identity Management tools for our client.

Your future duties and responsibilities
In-depth understanding of a wide array of infrastructure tools in the areas of Monitoring, Automation and Identity Management listed under Skill Set below. (It is not anticipated or expected that any candidate would have experience with every tool listed below.)

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude and approach.
• Excellent organization, presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with technical, non-technical, and executive levels.
• Works well under pressure
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Must be willing to successfully complete any and all CGI/client specific background & security checks
