Test Manager

We are now looking for a Test Manager to join our winning team. We provide testing services to our clients in different industry sectors and we are now strengthening our team of testing professionals. You might be our next professional, if you are seeking interesting test management assignments in different industry sectors.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
• to plan, manage and report testing activities
• to develop and improve the test process
• to create and implement strategy for continuous testing and test automation

The position is located in Helsinki.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

We expect you to have:
• at least 2 years of recent test management experience
• experience from a minimum of 2 different industry sectors
• experience in projects that have used traditional (eg waterfall) and/or agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps)
• experience in managing or leading other testers (at onsite / onshore / nearshore / offshore locations)
• a consultative approach, excellent communication & cooperation skills
• an ability to manage and improve the test process to speed up test cycles, reduce costs and improve quality
• an ability to create and implement a test automation strategy to speed up test cycles
• an ability to create and implement a test data strategy
• a good understanding of agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous testing
• previous technical test management experience (test automation, performance testing, API testing, test environment virtualization)
• MSc or BSc degree from a related field
• fluent communication skills in Finnish and in English
