Software Engineer

Position Description
First level Applications Development professional, representing the most common entry point into the organization. Performs activities related to applications development. Focuses on learning and acquiring work skills/knowledge in the Applications Development field.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• 2 to 4 yrs IT Industry experience with Python/Oracle as main skill set
• Mid-level enterprise level Java or .NET developer.
• Good hands on experience in Oracle (Queries + Scripts/Procedure)
• Have an understanding of agile software development life cycle processes with DevOps experience
• Should have Knowledge of RESTful Web Services, XML, JSON. Documenting of Webservices using Swagger.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Must be aware of version control of code, code coverage, automated code testing.
• Willing to work in shifts - Regular (IST 9am to 6pm), EU shift (IST 1-10pm).
• Good to have Banking Domain exposure - Capital markets background preferred.

Education: Computer Science (BE / BTech / MTech / MS) from Tier I Premier institutes
