Currently, CGI is responsible for delivering a new systems built on a custom COTS (ServiceNow) platform. The team serves as the ServiceNow Developers/Administrators. They serve as the thought leaders and visionaries for the clients and stakeholders, communicating successfully the vision that will best serve the client, while leveraging ServiceNow. The Developers/Administrators develop leveraging the existing modules of the ServiceNow platform

Your future duties and responsibilities
- Serve as the ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.
- Identify and mitigate development and technical risks while also contributing to the Agile process by providing research, design ideas, ServiceNow best practices and contributions to the development.
- Work with the clients to shape the technical direction and provide an understanding of the advantages and disadvantages to various technical approaches.
- Perform development tasks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Possess expert knowledge and experience in ServiceNow.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- US citizenship is required
- 3 years ServiceNow development.
- Hands-on application development experience in ServiceNow
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful web services
- Experience in an Agile development environment
- ServiceNow certifications (Application Developer or Implementation Specialist or Administrator)
Desired skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Prior experience working for a federal client
