a. Degree in Information Technology or other relevant field
b. Minimum of 2 years relevant IT experience
c. Good experience in ServiceNOW as a developer
d ServiceNow Developer Certification is a plus
f. Knowledgeable in Restful Services
g. Detailed knowledge of Service Desk processes and ITIL standards.
h. Should be flexible to work in shifts.
i. Good Communication skills.
