Service Desk Analyst for Finance

Position Description
The main responsibility of the Finance Service Desk Analyst involves taking Level 1 Calls and providing Level 1 Finance support to user inquiries received either via call, portal, or chat.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to jumpstart their career in Finance.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Check invoice status, send invoice reminder to the involved approvers and open post overview.
o Requests received from vendors and users.
• New invoices to be registered, where and how.
o Requests received from vendors and users.
• Issues with paid invoices, wrong amount, wrong bank account number etc.
o Requests received from vendors and users.
• Questions regarding Task workflows, why/why not received workflow, how do I handle this workflow, how do I change task manager etc.
o Requests from Users.
• Incorrect WBS (account assignment) is used for an invoice/ Service Entry, how to fix.
o Requests from Users.
• Registration of new vendors/change of existing vendors.
o Requests received from vendors and users.
• Assistance change/create new reports etc.
o Requests from Users

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Proficient in written and verbal communication in the English language.
• Experience in working with international clients is an advantage.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proficient computer and technical skills.
• Good process mapping ability.
• Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good process mapping ability.
• Proactive, service minded and able to multi-task.
• Good interpersonal skills (empathy, verbal dexterity, etc.).
• Customer orientation and responsiveness
