Position Description:

Senior Performance Tester

Overall 6 to 9 years

Job Description:

1. Develop and maintain performance test strategies, plans, and scripts based on project
requirements.
2. Design and execute performance tests using industry-standard tools and methodologies.
3. Identify performance bottlenecks and areas for optimization through thorough analysis of
test results.
4. Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements and optimize
code.
5. Monitor system performance in production environments and troubleshoot performance
issues as they arise.
6. Generate comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.
7. Participate in Agile development processes, providing input on performance-related user
stories and acceptance criteria.
8. Work closely with Quality team and developers to ensure the scalability and reliability of our
applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Skills
1. Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and methodologies.
2. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling.
3. Hands-on experience with performance monitoring tools, APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools, and server-side monitoring.
4. Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
