Your background in delivering multiple agile and waterfall projects directly will ensure that you are capable of managing teams using a high level of knowledge and experience of agile development approaches to fit large, complex and critical releases with the appropriate level of planning, providing the right balance of process and pragmatism. You will be managing agile teams on a daily basis, assisting in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work, leveraging organisational resources to improve capacity for project work, mentoring and developing team members. You should be open and appreciate openness in others.

You must already hold, or be eligible to hold, an appropriate level of UK Security Clearance to be considered.

Your future duties and responsibilities
As a Scrum Master you will oversee all aspects of software development and testing for the delivery of our Payroll product set and ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality.

You will be planning, leading, organising, and motivating agile teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in line with best practice and team standards. Also you will be required to deliver software using agile methods in a fast-paced environment that may cross multiple business teams and work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment.

You will be responsible to encourage and support the personal development of each individual and the development of teams, recognising talent, potential and performance improvement opportunities.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a strong analytical, organisational, and presentation skills combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to manage expectations and issues effectively. You will need experience of establishing/maintaining a high level of customer trust and confidence.

You will require excellent Project Delivery - Successful delivery of an Agile project working as an integral part of the delivery team and managing 3rd parties.

Ideally you will have a background in software development and leading remote teams.
