Payments Group - Banking Operations SME

Position Description
The CGI Payments program is a global program which includes the following CGI IP : All Payments, BESS, CLS Manager, and CAS. The Payments Team is looking for an individual with Payments Operations/Wires experience.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Providing subject matter expertise for the payment IP team, assisting in client engagements, marketing efforts, business development & RFP reviews, speaking engagements, and demos. Participate in industry committees, and provide team with status of new initiatives and drive business opportunities. Work with the Business Development team and participate in client meetings. Assist in the guidance of the payments IP platform’s future services and road map.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Required Skills:
Candidate is required to be well versed in banking operations processes, correspondent banking, clearing and settlement domestically and international, banking products, new banking initiatives, regulations, real time payments, ACH, Fed/Chips, SWIFT, Insight into industry initiatives across high and low value payment transactions (e.g. RTP, SWIFT, gpi, Same Day ACH, New solutions/technologies (Zelle, Blockchain), credit card networks & processes (a plus). Position can be based in any US city in proximity to a CGI office. Must be able to travel 25-50%.
