3-5 years of experience with Java application support
Good Experience in Incident Management
Good knowledge in SQL concepts
Good Communication skills
Develop strong relationship with business process owners and stakeholders team.
Experience in Mobile app support added advantage

Resource should be willing to work in UK/US shift hours.
