CGI needs Business Analyst's skilled in working with clients to understand and improve their business outcomes. Our client’s processes and structures are varied and complex. Your future duties and responsibilities
Our Gloucester-based application development community requires Business Analyst's to work on leading edge solutions for our clients.

Our teams focus on shared ownership of common goals. We work closely with our customer, adding knowledge of the customers’ domain to our own technical know-how to drive the best solutions.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Effective communication with a wide range of stakeholders including front-end users, policy and legal teams and key business owners

• Organisation and leadership of user workshops to elicit and prioritise requirements

• Creation and management of requirements across a wide range of complex and competing stakeholders

• Collaboration with technical architects to assess requirements and understand various options and trade-offs

Desirable skills and abilities may also include:

• Working in Agile development teams

• Managing requirements through Jira and Confluence

• Creating User Journeys

• Supporting business development within this sector

You will be confident explaining complex technical ideas to a range of stakeholders from different technical backgrounds.

Our roles are only available if you hold or fulfil the criteria to obtain a UK Security Clearance.
