Informatica Developer - Senior Software Engineer

Position Description
CGI is looking for Informatica Developer to join our team in Bangalore. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced team environment supporting one of our reputed clients in the Financial Services industry. We take an innovative approach to supporting our client, working side-by-side in an agile environment using emerging technologies.

ETL: Informatica (Required)
Database: SQL Server - Knowledge of how to connect to create Stored procedures (Required)
Scripting: Window batch script (Required)
Reporting: PowerBI - Knowledge on report creation (Desired)
ETL: Azure Logic App - Knowledge on Azure logic app to load data to CRM cloud Database (Desired)

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Understand the requirements provided by the business and to work on tasks like providing the estimations, preparing the TSD & to developing the Informatica code, and to make sure the delivery is done for the given requirement as per standards defined.
• Direct interaction with Client/onsite, end-to-end involvement for new projects / Enhancement / tickets.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience with Informatica Power center and Designer Components: Source Analyzer, Target Designer, Transformation Developer, Mapplet & Mapping Designer.
• Good experience in SQL script creation & PL/SQL (stored procedure, views, functions, etc.) on the SQL server database.
• Knowledge of window batch script creation.
• Knowledge on Informatica Admin activities like creation of Informatica services and upgrading the Informatica from old to the new version.
• Support experience on production jobs and on-call experience.
• Knowledge on Azure logic apps & Power BI knowledge added advantage.
• Knowledge of Informatica TDM & IDQ tools added advantage.
• Good communication skills.
