Our Risk and Compliance practice within our global Insights & Data organization is specialized in helping the world's leading financial services businesses to address the ever increasing and complex regulatory agenda.
We are growing our Insurance / Banking Risk team, focused on delivering solutions around market, liquidity and credit risk and capital for best practice risk management.
We are looking for candidates with direct experiences in the Risk and Compliance space for the Insurance and /or banking markets on regulations such as Solvency II, Basel 2/3, EMIR, MIFID..
As a Risk & compliance France Head you will have responsibility for :
- Providing technical guidance and interpretation of risk regulation relating to :
- Basel III (based on Basel 3, CRDIV, CRR, EMIR)
- Additional knowledge / experience on IFRS9 regulation, Anacredit, EU stress testing is a plus –
- Solvency II
- MIFID
- Interpretation, impact analysis and preparation of (EU) regulatory requirements
- Review and analysis of credit risk frameworks including risk methodology, processes, systems implementation (ie : Moody's, SAS…) and controls.
- Technical capabilities:
- Lead the review of credit risk management methodologies including regulatory reporting –FINREP / COREP…-, accounting /risk reconciliation, risk data modeling
- Abilities to understand drivers/parameters of underlying market / credit risk , RWA models and IFRS9, Anacredit, EU stress testing processes
- Projects implementation including input into solution design, guidance on risk management and regulation and project management ensuring successful delivery.
- Project manage (work packages or the overall project) the implementation of small and large scale complex projects within credit risk;
- Developing and managing a portfolio of client relationships across the financial services industry to support business growth.
