Job Purpose and Summary
This role, as part of the Customer Service team in Business Operations department, will be responsible for supporting Canon’s Customer focus strategy, including, but not limiting: providing of the Single Point of Contact for all internal & external Clients, execution of invoicing & contract management, measuring of Customer satisfaction of Service (SLA/KPI Survey)

Full execution of invoicing process with all Clients (service, spares, clicks etc.), update status of actual MIF (machines in field) in ERP iScala on daily/monthly base
Actively participate in the contract approval process with Service Clients (via internal e-tools: Therefore & WinServ)
Prepare regular consolidated reports of SLA/KPI and analysis of management information for client
Support Customer Service strategy: resolving customer complaints (collaborate with other departments to resolve Client’s issues), building relationships with clients, managing their perceptions and expectations, to be SPOC (single point of contact) for Direct Service's Customers
Provide support for Customer Services Manager as required

Education Higher education
Experience 1-3 years in Customer Service / Administrative / Finance department (as a plus); work in iScala (SAP) as a plus, Strong Excel & Power Point knowledge (necessary)
Languages at least on pre-intermediate level (English)
Other requirements responsible, purposeful, analytical and organizational abilities, sense of duty, effective, advanced communication skills
