THE DEPARTMENT: The Global Marketing Team is responsible for creating and deploying marketing campaigns that connect with audiences across our SC territories and internationally. From greenlight to release, the Project Management Team drives the definition, planning and implementation of the films' marketing strategies (BtoB and BtoC) alongside the Creative & Publicity teams, and lead cross-functional communications with the SC markets / external stake holders.

Job Description

- Check pricing of STUDIOCANAL's VOD and EST titles on digital platforms on a weekly basis to ensure promotions and pricing are being executed correctly.

- Track pricing and promotional activity of content from competitor distributors.

- Assist in creating monthly TVOD and EST availability lists for all Digital platforms, corresponding with clients and booking in all materials with servicing team.

- Help to create metadata files for all new releases and library titles in the digital platform online portal.

- Help to create title availability lists for TV broadcast partners based on their specific remit

- On a weekly basis create list of Studiocanal titles airing on television to share with Home Entertainment and Elevation

- Enter digital deals into rights database RAMBO

- Take screengrabs of all marketing support for key releases on digital platforms to ensure we have a record of how our titles are promoted. Save in folders for occasional internal distribution as appropriate

- On an adhoc basis, create lists of relevant titles in the Studiocanal catalogue based on genre, or a particular talent for use across promotions and for helping with title drafting opportunities.

- Help to collate relevant supporting documentation, including marketing materials for TV deals when they are agreed and supplying to clients.

- Help to create presentations and to source artwork requests for clients

- Attending department meetings where weekly tasks are discussed

Qualifications

- Passion for film

- Fluent in English (French is a plus)

- Strong attention to details

- Good Excel, Microsoft Word and Powerpoint user

- Positive, dynamic and can-do attitude
