About the role:
We are hiring enthusiastic people to join our 2 stage engineering Traineeship Program, which will see you gain practical 'in field' experience in many industries, whilst undertaking the Certificate III in Engineering and gaining recognised qualifications in NDT through AINDT.
Trainees that successfully complete the Certificate III and meet the technical and non-technical requirements will have the option to enrol in the Advanced Diploma of Engineering (Mechanical) and complete a further 2 years of the paid traineeship.
All TAFE, NDT qualifications and training expenses are fully funded by Bureau Veritas.
Essential Criteria:
· Year 12 and pass marks in Maths, English and Science
· A commitment to following best practice Health and Safety requirements
· Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
· Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills
· Good mechanical aptitude
· Strong ambition to become a qualified engineering consultant
· A 'can do' attitude and a willingness to travel and work flexible hours
