Job description

Position Summary

This role is responsible for the management and/or coordination of various human resources lifecycle programs/processes with a keen focus on customer service.

Major Roles & Responsibilities

· Coordinates HR operational functions relating to employee onboarding, benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, HR reporting, HRIS, and analytics.
· Manages the retirement savings benefit, including support for annual compliance processes.
· Leads/supports HR projects.
· Maintains HRIS and related systems, external vendor systems, and electronic filing systems to ensure accurate database management as it relates to employee information.
· Works closely with the Payroll Department to ensure accurate data flow between HR and payroll systems, and deductions are processed correctly and timely.
· Acts as a backup for HR staff when applicable and necessary.
· Assists with new hire orientations by preparing and processing appropriate documents, conducts benefit enrollment meetings, and supports new hires through onboarding.
· Assists with exit process as needed.
· Develops and analyzes complex reports, and manages all metrics/KPIs for HR.
· Assists employees with questions related to benefits, or other HR program offerings.
· Develops audit plan for accuracy of HRIS system data.
· Manages the annual compliance reporting such as EEO-1, AAP, etc.
· Creates and maintains SOPs relevant to the position.
· Provides administrative support for the department as needed.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

· Must possess a keen focus on customer service.
· Strong analytical skills and laser focused on accuracy.
· Unafraid to reach out beyond the human resources team to gain clarity.
· Strong proficiency in Word, and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex equations/functions, etc.).
· Significant experience using HRIS and payroll systems (SuccessFactors, ADP Enterprise, or similar products).
· Strong compliance expertise regarding employment legislation (COBRA, HIPPA, FMLA).
· Sound judgement in handling both confidential and non-routine information.
· Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple tasks
· Ability to accurately complete high quality work in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to effectively present information HR training information to individuals and groups.

Experience and Educational Background Required for the Job

· 4 year degree in a related field. Significant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
· Minimum of 3 years in a similar Human Resources role.
