Key accountabilities

·  Identify opportunities, calculate ROI, initiate technical projects and create process descriptions within Operations (departments Blending, Filling, Site Logistics and Necto) in close cooperation with Maintenance & Engineering.
·  Coordinate MoC (Management of Change) processes: Estimate the impact of adjustments in the production process and guide the smooth implementation of projects with minimal disturbance and effective communication.
·  Support the making of complex CoW (Control of Work) work permits including LOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out) procedures.
·  Guarantee aftercare of projects in cooperation with Engineering, HSSE and Quality.
·  Edit work instructions, commissioning reports and risk analyses in cooperation with HSSE.
·  Organize trainings on process changes.
·  Act as single point of contact on process related questions. Take ownership of the process data and make analyses.

Essential Education

Engineering Master degree or equal through experience.
Desirable criteria and qualifications

Desired knowledge: MS Excel, project management, change management.

Our customers range from strategic partnerships with major motor manufacturers, transnational accounts, car and truck fleets and franchised workshops to retailers, petrol service stations and independent workshops. ·  BLP-G is currently seen as a very strategic plant due to its portfolio and location
