Role synopsis

The myExpenses Service Delivery Manager is end to end accountable for the Service delivery activities (process, operation, solution control) and the operational governance of the global E2E myExpenses processes by leading the accurate and timely operational activities.
The job role is accountable for the myExpenses global Service delivery team which manages the end to end operational activities (query management, back-office) of the global myExpenses process.

Key accountabilities

Functional
·  End to end accountability for myExpenses Process, Operations, solution control, Back-Office function.
·  The job role is accountable for the myExpenses solution team (may be located in different GBS Captive centres) which manages solution control and the deployment of changes triggered by Continuous Improvement projects and global Service delivery team which manages the end to end operational activities (query management, back-office).
·  Accountable for the deployment of myExpenses changes triggered by Continuous Improvement and projects, solution deployment and timely resolution of business queries (including back-office activities).
·  Active contribution to the delivery of the GBS myExpenses strategy and related plans - lead the execution of the agreed strategy and roadmap.
·  Accountable for the myExpenses technical solution and operations service level and reporting them in the appropriate governance forum.
·  Accountable for maintaining the integrity of the application by ensuring key controls are identified, are in place and that there are periodic verification that they are functioning.
·  Accountable for the delivery of the key performance metrics' target of the global E2E myExpenses process. Service Management & Continuous Improvement
·  Overall service level management of the E2E Service delivery (myExpenses Operations).
·  Continuously seek for CI and Control & Compliance opportunities to reduce risks in the process.
·  Delivering myExpense Operational Excellence, including Solution control and Operational governance - owning the action plan execution to deliver continuous improvement.
·  Look for opportunities to optimise and drive efficiency in the Operations team, including both GBS and local business support area.
·  Serves as initial escalation and process change request addressing point for Service Delivery management queries.
·  Ensure iNeed intranet site includes updates and relevant myExpenses operations content (process procedures, guides , policies). Leadership & Supervisory
·  Leading and developing the myExpenses global team (Captive and BPO), located in different GBS centres.
·  Developing and implementing a capability strategy for the GBS team which ensures strong capability at the right time and the right cost.
·  Working with Human Resources to develop and implement an environment and culture that supports the attraction and retention of suitable professionals.
·  Creating a working environment which encourages high performance.
·  Responsible for development and succession plans are in place.
·  Lead the development of a high performance culture promoting continuous learning and focusing on meeting / exceeding customer needs and expectations.
·  Provide coaching for the team members as part of their ongoing development and training.
Essential Education

·  Relevant degree
·  Fluent English knowledge. Additional European language is an advantage (German, French, Spanish or Polish)

Essential experience and job requirements

·  Minimum 3-5 years in a people/team leadership experience, preferably in a multinational/global environment
·  Address stakeholders issues effectively, and make decisions both timely and diplomatically
·  Proven record of End-to-end T&E process experience gained in an SSC environment is an advantage
·  Building capability within an organisation
·  Ability to apply risk analysis and risk management to decisions
