Description de la mission

Cross Yarra Partnership (CYP) has been announced as preferred to deliver the Metro Tunnel (Tunnel and Stations PPP Project). CYP brings together three of Australia's leading construction partners, Lendlease Engineering Pty Ltd, John Holland Pty Ltd, and Bouygues Construction Pty Ltd who have the world's best experience in tunnelling and engineering, coupled with leading Australian experts who have proven experience in local ground conditions of complex Australian rail projects. The Metro Tunnel is a multi-billion dollar, multi-disciplinary, city shaping project that will help define the future of Melbourne. The project includes the construction of twin 9km rail tunnels from Kensington to South Yarra as part of a new end to end Sunshine to Dandenong line and new underground stations at Arden, Parkville, CBD North (with a direct pedestrian connection with Melbourne Central railway station), CBD South (with a direct pedestrian connection with Flinders Street Station) and Domain. Contribute to the delivery of HR programs that ensure effective resourcing of the organisation to enable deliver on current and future business needs.

Your position-specific responsibilities will include the following:

- On boarding and off boarding of all staff to the project.
- Ensure the organisational chart including a photo remains updated for all new starters/leavers.
- Create relevant documentation for employment condition changes for staff.
- Coordinate monthly reporting data collection with contractors and compile the monthly report.
- Compile the weekly report.
- Assist with Social Inclusive targets with our contractors and the project team.
- Assist with resourcing and demobilisation of project staff.
- Manage the onboarding of contractors into the Pegasus system and assist with any enquiries.
- Coordinate Systems & Process training
- Coordinate values champions, project breakfasts, functions and other project events as required.

Your scope will evolve during your mission and it could turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.
