We have a suitable opening in our Regional Tendering and Business Development Team, for the role of VIE Tendering Engineer based in Hong Kong.
This key team supports all activities around the tender management process and is responsible for putting together bid packages in a timely and professional manner in collaboration with relevant stakeholders; ensuring tenders are fully compliant with all requirements.
As Tendering Engineer in INTRAFOR, you will:
Analyse and evaluate commercial and technical aspects of RFQs
Develop most appropriated technical proposals
Prepare costing as part of the quotation process
Liaise with internal design and technical departments
Develop benchmarking tools
Respond to clients questions & requests in a timely and efficient manner
Organize reviews with company management team
Identify main risks/opportunities for the projects
Propose value engineering and design / methodology optimisations
Support Area Business Development Manager by participating in marketing actions to present INTRAFOR Solutions
Profil:
You have :
Engineer Degree
Minimum 6 months related work experience (internship included)
Excellent command of written & spoken English
Advanced user of MS Office applications + Knowledge of Autocad software
You are :

Knowledgeable about civil works : You understand the civil work market and the challenges INTRAFOR faces
