The Institute for Advancing Science has developed new capabilities and implemented specific training courses in order to support internal and external Training and Medical Education.
The core objective of the Training Coordinator is to coordinate Training and Medical Education activities, in collaboration with the Training Manager, the Speakers/Proctors and the local organizations, this in compliance with European and local rules and regulation.
The Training Coordinator support is crucial for organizing high quality training and achieving maximal internal and external satisfaction.
The role is openned in the IC/SH medical education team.
Main responsabilities
Manage training courses
* Manage all administration task around the TAVI COE organization
* Raise related IRF and submit it to compliance supervisor
* Coordinate customer registration
* Support logistic for courses (hotel, transfers, restaurant, customer welcoming)
* Coordinate speakers invitation, speakers contracts and logistics with countries
* Coordinate and prepare all training material
* Communicate course information with countries, speakers, divisions
* Track and report course participation
* Maintain up to date Trainees (speakers ,proctors,HCP,TR) Curriculum database
* Provide course evaluation analysis
* Maintain cost tracking files up to date
* Process Legal and regulatory training content review. Learn metis
* Set up up training rooms (classroom and workshop)
Systems management :
Take the lead on digital tracking platforms for development, field training, update training curriculums, export data
Quality :
Ensures awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific
* As interface to Clients and Customer Service has direct responsibility to facilitate, share documents and process to identify, notify and ensure any complaint or problem are addressed, thereby demonstrating high commitment to Quality in all interactions and behaviors
* Drive as needed to support and facilitate any field corrective action related his/her scope
* Ensures that all products and advertisement have been through the appropriate approval processes, prior to sharing or publishing. ( LAR, ...)
Requirements for this position
* Fluent English language knowledge.
* Good PC skills.
