Job description

·  Develop leading-edge service designs for a wide spectrum of consumer, industrial, and automotive domains, applying a user-centered process in interdisciplinary teams.
·  Be actively involved in user research, ideation, and conceptual development of design projects
·  Communicate your ideas, designs, and other creations clearly with internal customers and team members, both verbally and visually
·  Visualize storyboards and create appealing graphical illustration
·  Manage design project timeline, milestone and deliverables with internal and external clients
·  Report project status to internal management, client and other external stakeholders
·  Strengthen the internal Bosch UX team by becoming an active member of the Bosch UX community

What distinguishes you

·  Bachelor / Master degree in service design, business design or comparable field of study. Several years (>3 years) experience in user-centered service design, creation of customer journeys, service blueprints, experience flows, as well as definition of touchpoints, and design/interaction guidelines
·  Excellent business knowledge paired with outstanding analytical, conceptual, and design thinking skills.
·  High level of proficiency in prototyping and visualizing ideas/concepts both on paper and digitally (Adobe CS and other current tools).
·  Work experience in a successful service design agency or comparable experience in a UX team of an established industrial company
·  Proven ability to create new service designs based on relevant user insights and to effectively communicate them to stakeholders. Work under time constraints on several tasks and projects simultaneously, as well as a marked ability to work in cross-functional teams
·  Well-organized, high level of motivation to develop ideas from paper to reality
·  High level of English language proficiency required (ideally work/study experience abroad)
