The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises of two business lines, a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:

Team Leader in Engineering (Business Analysts) Department


Y our responsibilities will include:

· People management covering: personal development support, goals setting, regular feedback, annual and mid-year appraisal process, working time Management, team capacity management in collaboration with the PMO, coaching new comers
· Project portfolio management, including analysis of dependencies and synergies between initiatives on Business and IT roadmap, allocating resources to given projects, monitoring of ongoing projects and providing escalation path in case of possible issues
· Active cooperation with Internal client including liaising between Operations management and IT structures, following up on key initiatives and business projects, participation in IT crisis management, leading deployment & monitoring post implementation phases
· Constant cooperation with Head and local Manager
· Weekly reporting on team activities and actions planed
· Leading and inspiring innovation within the team

Desired profile

Qualifications :

We are looking for you, if you:

·  University in degree in IT, Finance, Economics, Project Management or similar area
·  Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role
·  Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or IT area
·  Minimum 3 years of experience in financial industry
·  Fluency in English as working language
·  In-depth understanding of IT systems delivery lifecycle (both waterfall and Agile SCRUM)
·  Well developed leadership skills
·  Strong commitment to make project delivered on time and according to budget
·  Projects risk awareness
·  Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written and great client focus
