The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.

For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion in BNP Paribas' operational scope in Poland.

Outsourcing Correspondent

Responsibilities:
· Being central point of contact for the implementation and oversight of the Outsourcing Framework in CIB Poland
· Being responsible for ensuring that the outsourcing-related procedures is distributed and known
· Being responsible for organising the governance around outsourcing
· Being responsible for training and communication on the outsourcing framework
· Contributing to improvement the efficiency & reliability of the outsourcing process (tools, templates)
· Contribute to monitoring risks linked to outsourcing (OPC - 1st level controls)
· Implementation of Outsourcing Policy and procedures
· Organising a periodical outsourcing committee and participate to the validation process of new projects
· Being responsible for training and communication on Outsourcing Framework (tools & methodologies, SLA templates, Risk Assessment, ARGOS)
· Ensuring that the documentation of the exchange of services is updated and compliant with the methodologies & regulations (Data Protection, Tax, etc.)
· Performing administrative ARGOS tasks
· Performing 1st level controls on projects and on monitoring of outsourced activities + annual coordination of the ESP (Essential Service Providers) Risk Assessment

Qualifications :

Requirements:

·  Knowledge and experience in personal data protection
·  Understanding of data processing operations (including business applications and data use)
·  Experience in project management and change management
·  Fluent working knowledge of English
·  Showing independency, objectivity and integrity
·  Excellent writing and communication skills
·  Ability to lead, engage and work transversally
