Territory Management Office

We act as strategic partners to Territory Management, COO and Company Engagement and provide strategic analysis, reporting and management services to enable an informed and fast decision making process.

Thanks to the transversal position within the Territory Management Office, the Project Management Associate will be exposed to BNP Paribas Portugal’s strategy, priorities, transformation and main governance bodies..

Working closely with senior managers and members of the Executive Committee on a daily basis, the Project Management Associate will undertake transversal management processes, act as a main point of contact and contribute to the design and delivery of special projects within their scope of activities

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Support to the governance structure of BNP Paribas in Portugal
· Perform research and actively manage ongoing projects
· Develop and own basic data models or contribute to the development or maintenance of more complex models
· Prepare workshops, meetings and events with internal stakeholders
· Provide transversal support, as needed, to the COO and Company Engagement departments management and management team, including Finance, HR, Operations and Community Management topics

PROFILE

· Degree from top tier Business or Engineering university, preference for Master degree
· Between 2 and 4 years of experience in Consulting or Project Management role
· Analytical, extremely rigorous and organized with strong interpersonal skills (communication, autonomy, proactivity and motivation)
· Capable of managing and delivering on projects / initiatives, together with presentations, reports and briefing notes
· Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a plus
