ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The position of Change Management Trainee is part of the newly created Change Management Office team in Lisbon, designed to support the activities of all Change Management Portugal teams and the CIBC&T EMEA COO Office.

Trainees will have the opportunity to experience the work environment and participate in projects with different Change Management Portugal teams. These teams' include strategic and operational consulting, data science and artificial intelligence, digital and innovation, and marketing, communications and events management, with a local and EMEA scope of internal clients.

The key responsibilities will be split into:

· Support Change Management teams on their daily activities/ projects

· Support the Change Management Office on specific department activities/ initiatives

More specifically:

· Perform research and actively support ongoing projects and practices

· Develop and own basic data models or contribute to the development or maintenance of more complex models

· Support in preparing workshops or meetings with internal clients

· Support in major events organization

These responsibilities may be adapted according to the person profile and background.

PROFILE

· Degree from top tier Business or Engineering university, preference for Master degree
· Analytical, extremely rigorous and organized with strong interpersonal skills (communication, autonomy, proactivity and motivation)
· Capable of managing and delivering on projects / initiatives alongside daily responsibilities
· Fluency in English (mandatory); French is a plus
