BNP Paribas Real Estate Investment Services, within the Investment Management business line of BNP Paribas Real Estate, advises several pan-European real estate funds. To support the expansion of the Pan-European activity, BNP Paribas REIS team is looking to appoint an Investment Analyst
 
 
Investment Analyst
Based in Issy Les Moulineaux
- Paris (BNP Paribas Real Estate HQ)
 
 
 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop underwriting models and assumptions for analysis of acquisitions and developments both prior to contract and during due diligence
Prepare detailed analyses for properties in the pipeline which include operating and financial statements, tenants, leases, taxes and insurance
Manage underwriting workflow of each project from the initial underwriting
Work closely with acquisition, due diligence and finance teams throughout the acquisition process
Develop models supporting the development of new Funds
Provide ad hoc financial analysis as requested
Participate to site inspections
 
Qualifications:
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, and Engineering, Real Estate or equivalent preferred
A high level of IT competence with the ability to use Microsoft products
Fluent in English (both orally and in writing)
Successful previous experience (2-4 years) with the ability to demonstrate a track record of executing/participating in Real Estate transactions
 
Skills we are looking for:
Proven ability to deal with demanding clients and work within tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. Ability to work in an international environment
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and experience in Cash-flow modelling in excel
Comprehensive understanding of Accounting and Tax principles
