Job description
Responsibilities
- Drive test development, estimation, planning, execution, reporting, and closure
- Project manage and maintain schedules for responsible test area
- Champion and influence software QA best practices and the customer experience
- Create, monitor, and control metrics impacting product and team quality
- Analyze product quality and usability, associated system limitations, and report on risk
- Connect, and partner with other teams towards quality initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum of 3-year software testing experience
- Minimum of 2-year project management experience
- Positive attitude, good people skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to provide written communication clearly and concisely avoiding ambiguity, confusion, and inefficiency during test cycles
- Possess excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Possess working knowledge of localization and quality assurance practice and process
- Native speaker of the target language. Strong English reading comprehension and fairly strong conversational skills a definite advantage
Pluses
- Coding knowledge: XML/HTML, JavaScript, Python, Java, C/C++/C#, SQL
- Experience with Selenium or SoapUI
- Familiarity with Blizzard Entertainment
- Certification in any of the following: PMP, Scrum Master, ISTQB-ATM
- Experience working in global teams.
