Job description

This role is part of the Salesforce Platform team within the Mortgages, Consumer & Business Lending, Business Banking, BFA, Salesforce CIO, part of Barclays UK COO. Working across Transaction Cycles, Barclays UK COO provides efficient operations and technology services to the Barclays UK business to help them deliver #trulyconnectedfinance and improve the customer experience.

Your Role

· Own and manage requirement related aspects of the change delivery life cycle from inception, solution design through to implementation and post implementation support

· Work in-line with overall Barclays strategy across Technology delivery and Business operations change

· Identify, quantify, plan and control all business design and analysis related activity on change projects

· Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders

· Manage multiple work streams of project activity

Essential Skills

· Established Business Analysis skills - expert requirements gathering techniques and documenting Business Requirements Design and Functional specifications

· Hands-on experience of mapping requirements/specifications to User stories for technology teams' consumption across large implementations (>10 components, project budgets > £1M)

· Delivery oriented and demonstrate effective Governance, Decision-making and Problem Solving skills

· Effective Stakeholder management and Leadership

Desirable Skills

· Exposure to toolsets across Requirements documentation, Configuration Management and Quality assurance

· Working experience of AGILE project methodology

· Exposure to TDD/BDD methodologies, Business Automation solutions/ Workflow integration/ Rule Engines

· Technical knowledge (e.g. SQL) will be a benefit to assist with data analysis
