Job Title BCM Analyst
Location Knutsford

To ensure that issues, incidents, problem records and regulatory changes impacting customers, brokers and advisors are fixed, updated, released and managed end to end in mortgage operations related systems in timely manner with the view to minimise business and customer impact.

What will you be doing?

• To attend and add value to the weekly triage PR priority calls to ensure that no valid PRs are de-scoped.
• To assist in reviewing root cause of PR's and linking them to live incidents.
• To review and update comments, root cause analysis and knowledgebase on Service Now.
• To assist in liaising with application maintenance and application development teams to fix PRs.
• To assist in reviewing requirements for the projects being delivered and provide feedback on potential impact to mortgage operations.
• To assist manager with Business Live Proving set up during release.
• To contribute during the release with the support of cross-functional teams
• To support live incident triage and engagement between Build and Run functions within agreed SLA's.

What we're looking for:

• In-depth knowledge of Incident Management Process
• Knowledge of change and release process
• In-depth knowledge about testing process and techniques.

Skills that will help you in the role:

• ITIL preferred
• Flexible to support in unsociable hours.
