GFx Coordinator

Would you like to work with the AIR Business supporting the Typhoon availability contract based at our Adam Airbase site in Oman? We currently have a vacancy for a GFx Coordinator to join the team.

The GFx joint Management team (RAFO and BAES) is responsible and accountable for the coordination and management across all the contracted customer GFx, ensuring that all deliverables are received, accounted for, sustained, repaired when required and delivered back to the MOD within a timely manner and in accordance with the Contract 2 GFx CDRLs.

As a GFx Coordinator, you will act as a deputy to other members of the GFx team from time to time. You will support the Regulatory Framework and will be responsible for a defined package of work.

Your main responsibilities as a GFx Coordinator will involve:

Support to RAFO reviews taking clear and comprehensive minutes and updating action trackers

Collate customer tracker data for reporting / escalation purposes

Provide support and update documentation to internal reviews;

Review and ratify risk and opportunity provisions contained within Contract 2 Branch for GFx items/activities

Provide support to the Regulatory Framework Manager as required

Provide support to the Safety Compliance and Assurance Review (SCAR), including managing the meeting schedule, taking clear and comprehensive minutes and updating the action tracker.

Your skills and qualifications:

A high level of MS Office knowledge and application

Typhoon Aircraft Maintenance & Support experience

Programme Reporting experience

Supply Chain experience

Experienced with the analysis, collation and verification of data, including formatting and presentation.

IELTS 5.5 – Written and Verba

Operational on base experience would be advantageous

Salary: £22,102+
