Job Purpose
As part of the Talent Attraction team focusing on the candidate experience, we are searching for a Senior Talent Attraction Consultant. The responsibilities will be to identify, attract and assess talents to fill existing and future job openings through external recruitment and internal mobility.
Key Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with HRBPs and hiring managers to provide relevant recruitment advice and stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs.
- Identify the right sourcing strategy for each role including social media, referrals, alumni, specialist conferences, career site, job boards.
- Ensure a quality driven and compliant recruitment process, taking into account local legal aspects and company processes to interview, extend offer and onboard talents.
- Build a high level knowledge of external market understanding by establishing and maintaining direct contacts with professionals in the market, employment sources, agencies.
- Develop an exhaustive pipeline of external candidates ensuring a great candidate experience and a strong market network.
- Create a high level of knowledge of internal talents within AXA IM & AXA Group in order to effectively source internal candidates by building internal relationships with other entities and resourcing platforms to ensure this.
Desired profile
Qualifications :
Experience
· Master in business, Economy, Human Resources
· Minimum 5 years of successful recruiting experience acquired in Finance/ Asset Management
Qualifications
· Skills in assessment and evaluation of candidates for suitability in the future role and company culture
· Motivation and ability to work well under pressure and with time constraints
· Ability to perform and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Good team player and excellent communicator with ability to persuade and influence decision makers
· Attentive to detail, analytical, and problem solving skills
· Good knowledge of ATS tools and social media in recruitment
· Fluent in English
