HR Data Analyst (F/H) - Internship - Paris

You will join an international & multicultural department within AXA HR headquarter. In this department, you will be part of the People Analytics team and you will actively participate to an important activity for the Group.

As an Intern, you will coordinate and follow up on Social Data Reporting process across AXA worldwide in alignment with the global Group standards (we cover 126 000 employees globally); Social Data Reporting (SDR) is an annual AXA Group process based on the entities' aggregated employee data (headcount, staff hiring and departure, labor relations, compensation and benefits and training data).

· You will ensure that local HR Operations in AXA Entities are compliant with Social Data process.
· You will be the co-referent on this subject


Key accountabilities

· Previous to the launch of the SDR campaign, you will be involved in the preparation of all documents updates to be shared with the AXA entities and the testing in the reporting tool to guarantee an smooth data collection during the campaign.
· You will participate to the communication and coordination with SDR correspondents across AXA entities. You will also facilitate training and Q&A sessions to AXA entities.
· You will participate actively to data quality controls on the data reported by entities ensuring their understanding of the SDR indicators.

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

Technical and professional skills:

• Good knowledge of Pack Office (PPT, Excel)
• Familiar with HR indicators and data
• Capacity to tests new features and report on test scenarios
• Experience within an HR department and/or in projects.
