The headquarters of the AXA Group, based in Paris 8th, brings together the Group's corporate activities. It coordinates the various entities with the Group's strategy, and is responsible for managing international projects. The headquarters has approximately 800 employees and is distinguished by its strong international culture (39 nationalities).

Our intention is to combine the existing Data Innovation Lab in Paris and Singapore, the Advanced Engineering Lab in Lausanne as well as the Technology Innovation Team in Paris (former Digital Agency) under a new mission (restructuring work in progress).

Drive AXA towards a tech-led company by leveraging data and emerging technologies at scale which have the potential to disrupt the current insurance business model and provide opportunities to shape future businesses.

OUR MANDATE

We assess and innovate on technologies/capabilities on the disruptive potential in the insurance space and the characteristic on either be scalable, replicable and/or provides a network effect which justifies a strategic engagement of the corporate center.

We focus on three distinctive capabilities which have the potential to shape and disrupt the future of the insurance business: ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, DATA and PLATFORMS.

We increase AXA's transformation on data & technology innovation through a strong collaboration with and in OpCos and Group functions. We enable and be sparring partner for Group Innovation in shaping new business models based on emerging technologies.

We enable this through an inclusive approach due to joint ideation, co-creation, seed-funding, onsite advisory, best-practice and open data/open source sharing, extensive community building and animation, as well as relevant coaching, training, and guidance.

We improve innovation scaling through an integrated delivery model with AXA IT shared services and strong tech-related global partnerships. We challenge existing business, IT and the offered products and services in terms data & technologies leveraged.

We are a forward thinker on data & technology and gain credibility and knowledge by combining our hands-on expertise with solid research & thought leadership on data and emerging technologies and their implications.

Primary mission of the position:

· Drive AXA towards a tech-led company by ensuring to leverage global use cases on data and emerging technologies at scale through business and IT operations transition, entity transformation, and cloud sophistication.

Key accountabilities of the position:

· Foster and ensure business and IT operations readiness of global use cases on data and emerging technologies towards entities and group functions to scale at large primarily in AXA focus entities (10+6), Group Innovation (AXA NEXT), Investment Management (AXA IM) and Corporate Solutions (AXA XL) through leveraging advanced cloud technologies (PaaS and beyond) at large and at scale.

· Support data & tech innovation teams in ideation, prototyping, development, and scaling of use cases for data and emerging technologies in collaboration and co-creation with AXA focus entities through expertise, best practices, coordination, development and industrialization of public cloud environments on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.
· Support local and global IT transformation for cloud adoption on new and/or limited capabilities necessary to leverage public-cloud based global use cases on data and emerging technologies through onboarding, shadowing, and upskilling primarily in AXA Services IT shared services and local IT.
· Drive cloud sophistication and cultural change beyond traditional IaaS and PaaS service focusing on advanced non-standard services offered by cloud providers (e.g. in terms of Container platforms, IoT, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Automation, Computer Vision, Digital Assistance, Natural Language Processing).
· Be sparring partner for IT Security implementations and Data Privacy and Security sign-offs and audits for more advanced cloud services not yet investigated.
· Support physical and virtual events on cloud sophistication at scale g lobally internally and externally (Ideation Sessions, Working Groups, TEDx, Meetups, Conferences, Talks, Hackathons, etc.) to drive the change towards a tech-led company.
· Animate knowledge sharing internally and externally on cloud sophistication of innovation. Enable, facilitate, and ensure internal and external open source and open data exchange and usage.

Animate communities on cloud sophistication (cloud beyond IaaS) by incorporating and fostering global and local experts in OpCos and Group

Profil recherché

Qualifications :

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Technical and professional skills:

·  Minimum of 3-5 years' experience (cloud architects 5-10 years) in IT Infrastructure and application engineering including at least 2 years supporting cloud based infrastructures (PaaS and beyond)
·  An in depth understanding of Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud solutions and experienced in integrating public cloud into traditional hosting/delivery models with a specific focus on AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud
·  Extensive experience in conducting Cloud Architectures assessments observing business/technical aspects
·  Experience in conducting cloud service maps, TCO analysis, security considérations
·  Strong knowledge of the AWS, Azure and Google Cloud standards and best practice
·  Certifications on cloud platforms recommended (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar)

Soft skills and competencies:

·  Have experience of stakeholder management within complex organizations.
·  Be willing to work in multiple locations and prepared to travel up to 80%
·  Be a fast learner, ambitions, and comfortable working in high-pressure environments
·  Exhibit a proven track record of continually looking for ways to improve customer satisfaction
·  Consultative approach. You will be client facing and will need to be able to convey complex themes and ideas in clear and concise language

Background and experience:

·  Demonstrable experience in architecting large-scale cloud projects beyond traditional IaaS
·  Demonstrate the ability to solve complex, multi-system problems
·  Extensive experience in architecting and developing enterprise public cloud solutions
·  Be comfortable with being responsible for the delivery of significant cloud and automation projects
·  Experience of working in a close agile mode with moving objectives and targets
